Entry knowledge
- Professional written and spoken communication
- Basic spreadsheet and CRM-style record use

Fastest competency route
Completion is self-paced and competency-based. Experience shortens study only when every discovery, plan, record, communication, escalation, calculation, consumer-protection boundary and revision criterion is demonstrated; no duration, job, credential, adoption, retention, renewal, revenue, satisfaction or customer outcome is guaranteed.
- Pass diagnostics in discovery, value planning, onboarding, adoption, CRM governance, support, escalation, service recovery, health metrics, renewal, cancellation, feedback and advocacy
- Complete the synthetic account-portfolio audit and produce an accessible lifecycle plan tied to evidence rather than promises
- Correct every duplicate account, wrong contact role, invented outcome, unsupported health score, silent consent assumption, insecure identity request, suppressed complaint, dark-pattern cancellation, biased review request and denominator error

Required applied assignment
Build and recover a fictional customer-success portfolio
Use only supplied synthetic records. Produce a reproducible lifecycle and portfolio package without contacting real customers, accessing accounts, changing subscriptions, promising outcomes, granting commercial terms, investigating security events or obstructing cancellation. Authorized product, support, security, privacy, legal, finance and commercial owners retain their decisions.
- Lifecycle and stakeholder maps, discovery record, value plan, onboarding/enablement plan, milestone and adoption contracts, accessible customer communication and outcome limitations
- Governed CRM dictionary, source/change trail, identity/access and privacy controls, support/severity/escalation records, incident timeline, service-recovery plan and validated closure evidence
- Transparent health model with validation and overrides, retention/GRR/NRR cohort calculations, renewal/cancellation plan and unresolved-risk register
- Feedback sampling and theme analysis, closed-loop actions, truthful advocacy consent/disclosure record, accessible portfolio review, corrected synthetic audit ledger and substantive revision
Passing standard: 85 of 100 points, with substantive revision required.
