Current availability

The subject-specific curriculum is authored but not yet published for completion. Learners may inspect its scope and learning design now. Start, grading, and completion remain unavailable until every listed gate passes.

  • qualified review approval is required
  • reviewer identity, qualification, evidence, and approval date are required

What this course establishes

  • Map commissioning, appointment, oath, specialty, qualification, component and command-authority gates without claiming officer status
  • Design fictional non-operational intent, ethical decision, personnel accountability, accessible communication, risk, resource and command-climate controls
  • Audit fictional orders, conflicts, complaints, protected communications, mishaps, records, funds/property and after-action systems using independent evidence and valid measures

Entry knowledge

  • Clear written and oral communication, ethical reasoning, quantitative literacy, teamwork, emotional self-regulation and respect for constitutional civilian control and human dignity
  • Ability to separate statute, executive direction, regulation, lawful order, policy, commander's intent, plan, task, risk decision, observation, intelligence assessment, legal advice and after-action finding
  • Commitment to pause and seek authorized legal, safety, medical, security or command review when authority, legality, competence, resources, information protection, risk or welfare is uncertain

Scope boundaries

  • All people, units, locations, missions and records are fictional. Learners must not issue or execute a real order, plan a real operation, collect intelligence, select a target, handle classified or controlled information, access a defense system, command personnel, move resources, procure goods, direct force, carry or use a weapon, conduct surveillance, evade detection, or represent themselves as military personnel through this course.
  • This is not a service academy, ROTC, OCS/OTS, direct-commission, professional military education, UCMJ, law-of-war, command, security, intelligence, weapons, medical, fitness, specialty, continuing-education or college-credit course. It grants no commission, appointment, oath, rank, clearance, qualification, command authority, military status, veterans benefit or service obligation.
  • No completion time, score or internal certificate predicts selection, commissioning, branch or specialty, promotion, command, clearance, deployment, retention, legal result, safety or college credit. For a real order, legal, security, safety, medical or crisis concern, use the verified service and command channels; do not rely on this course.

Fastest competency route

Completion is self-paced and competency-based. Prior knowledge can shorten conceptual study only when authority, legal review, ethical reasoning, personnel welfare, risk, resource, complaint and evidence trails remain complete across varied fictional administrative scenarios. Commissioning and operational competence require authorized in-person and service-specific development; no fastest-hour, appointment, qualification, command or safety promise is made.

  1. Pass diagnostics on commissioning boundaries, lawful authority, ethics, orders, intent, risk, people, resources, complaints, protected communications and system learning
  2. Repair every planted defect in the fictional officer-leadership audit
  3. Complete and defend the non-operational constitutional leadership and accountability dossier

Full self-paced route

  1. Commissioning pathways, oath, constitutional authority, lawful orders, ethics and law-of-war literacy
  2. Intent, planning governance, risk, personnel accountability, accessibility, command climate and resource stewardship
  3. Complaints, protected communication, mishap and wellbeing response, records, measures and after-action learning
  4. Applied constitutional leadership and accountability dossier
