Current availability
The subject-specific curriculum is authored but not yet published for completion. Learners may inspect its scope and learning design now. Start, grading, and completion remain unavailable until every listed gate passes.
- qualified review approval is required
- reviewer identity, qualification, evidence, and approval date are required
What this course establishes
- Assess context and participant-defined needs without substituting a wellness campaign for hazard control or structural improvement
- Design an evidence-informed, voluntary, accessible and privacy-minimized program with measurable objectives, qualified partners and controlled operations
- Evaluate implementation, reach, equity, outcomes, unintended effects and cost with exact denominators, limitations and improvement decisions
Entry knowledge
- Clear communication and basic spreadsheet skills
- Ability to distinguish education and program coordination from clinical care
- Willingness to follow organizational safety, privacy, accessibility and emergency procedures
Scope boundaries
- Uses fictional organizations, participants, surveys, health indicators, vendors and incidents only. A coordinator does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, interpret individual medical results, provide therapy, determine fitness for duty, compel disclosure, promise health outcomes, replace occupational hazard controls or independently manage an emergency.
- Real programs require setting-specific authorization and qualified occupational safety, clinical, public-health, benefits, human-resources, legal, privacy, accessibility, procurement, evaluation and emergency expertise. HIPAA applicability depends on program structure; labeling all health data 'HIPAA protected' is inaccurate, and absence of HIPAA coverage does not make collection or disclosure safe or lawful.
Fastest competency route
Completion is self-paced and competency-based. Prior coordination experience shortens study only when every need, intervention, authority, health claim, access control, data flow, vendor commitment, cost and measure is demonstrated; no completion time, health result, participation level, credential or career outcome is guaranteed.
- Pass diagnostics on context assessment, worker/participant voice, hierarchy of controls, evidence, objectives, access, privacy, implementation and evaluation
- Audit the synthetic program register and correct every coercion, unsupported claim, hazard-control, access, privacy, clinical-scope, vendor, budget and measurement defect
- Complete a decision-ready wellness program book whose needs, theory of change, delivery plan, protections, budget and evaluation reconcile
Full self-paced route
- Context, needs, participation, safety and program logic
- Evidence, accessible design, communication and implementation
- Privacy, measurement, evaluation and improvement
- Applied wellness program design and audit

Required applied assignment
Design and audit a fictional wellness program
Use only supplied fictional participants, organizations, vendors and records. Do not collect real health information, diagnose, prescribe, counsel, determine fitness, contact vendors, implement a program or make emergency decisions. Real work requires named authorized and qualified reviewers for the setting and jurisdiction.
- Context, authority and data maps; participant-led needs/assets assessment; hierarchy-of-controls analysis; scored intervention decision; theory of change; measurable objectives and stop/escalation criteria
- Evidence/claim ledger, clinical-scope and referral matrix, accessible multilingual participant journey and materials, vendor review, operations/staff/budget/risk/incident plan and pilot log
- Privacy/consent/access/retention controls with HIPAA-structure analysis and separation from employment decisions
- Evaluation matrix, denominator/attrition/equity/cost analysis, limitations, aggregate report, continuation/adaptation/stop decision and assigned closeout improvements
Passing standard: 85 of 100 points, with substantive revision required.
